UF running backs combined for 212 receiving yards on 10 receptions, led by Malik Davis ’ five catches for 100 yards - the sixth 100-yard receiving game by a back in UF history, and first since Chris Rainey’s 104 versus Tennessee in 2001. The only FBS quarterbacks since the start of 2005 with such streaks are Trask, Hawaii’s Colt Brennan (nine games in 2006), Texas Tech’s Graham Harrell (six games in 2007), Toledo’s Logan Woodside (six games in 2016), and California’s Davis Webb (five games in 2016). Florida amassed 571 total yards (the most allowed by a Georgia defense since 2001, when UF racked up 584), tallied 474 passing yards (the most allowed by a Georgia defense since Kentucky threw for 528 in 2000), and scored 44 points (the third-highest total Georgia surrendered since Kirby Smart took over in 2016) with the vast majority of that production coming after it fell into a 14-0 hole a little over three minutes into last Saturday’s game.
